Start a return or exchange

Returns are open for 7 days from the day your order is delivered. Start the process below and you will get a confirmation by email — you do not need to call anyone first.

What you will need

1Your order number. It is on your confirmation email and SMS, and looks like #SB1234.
2The email or phone number you ordered with. Whichever one you used at checkout will work.
3A photo, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or with something missing. It speeds up a replacement considerably.

What is covered

Items must be unused, unbuilt and in their original packaging to be returned. Damaged, defective and missing-item claims are covered inside the same 7-day window and are usually resolved with a replacement rather than a refund.
