Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Bolt Racer DIY RC Car. We stand behind every kit with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns, replacements and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unbuilt and unworn, in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not eligible for return

Kits showing signs of use are not eligible for return, including surface contamination (oil stains, food spills), personal markings (scribbles, paint, pen marks), physical damage from rough handling, or hygiene issues from repeated use.

Damaged, defective or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or anything is missing, please report it within 7 days of delivery to support@clapstore.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, and we cover the return shipping.

Faulty components

For a single defective part such as a motor or circuit board, we ship a free part replacement within 4–5 days rather than asking you to return the whole kit.

Refund timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer.

Change-of-mind returns

For a non-defective return within 7 days, a standard ₹200 return-courier charge applies, or you may arrange your own courier at your expense.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — email us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
