Shipping charges

Free shipping across India on every order.
Cash on Delivery (COD): no additional shipping fees are charged. The total shown at checkout is the complete amount payable.

Dispatch & delivery timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Most serviceable pin codes are delivered within 3–7 business days pan-India. Occasional delays can occur due to weather, strikes, remote locations, stock issues, or courier complications. You'll receive full tracking details via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

Coverage area

We ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro locations.

Your responsibilities

• Provide a complete, accurate delivery address.
• Ensure someone is available at the delivery location.
• Keep your phone reachable for delivery coordination.

Repeated delivery failures due to incorrect information may lead to the shipment being returned.

Cancellations

Before dispatch: orders can be cancelled at no charge by emailing support@clapstore.com with your order number, name, address and mobile number.
After dispatch: cancellation is not available. Refused shipments are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
